Something broken? Tell me.

Bugs, feature requests, or a question before you buy — it all comes to the same place, and I read every one myself.

System details help enormously. The most accurate version comes from the app itself — open Help → Copy System Info in Scout or Anvil and paste it below. If you cannot, the button will fill in what your browser is willing to tell me, which is rough but better than nothing. You can edit or delete any of it before sending.
Nothing is sent until you press Send. Browser detection cannot see your Mac model, exact memory or storage — Safari reveals the least of any browser.

What happens next

It lands in my inbox and in a queue I actually work through. One person, not a ticket system — so a real reply, sometimes not a fast one.

Refunds

Purchases go through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by me. Everything else, ask here.

Privacy

Only what you type and attach is sent. Nothing is collected in the background, and the system-info button shows you everything before it goes.
